Cape Daisy 'Orange'

Native to Africa–another name is Monarch of the Veldt–cape daisy waits until the warm sun advances, opens its petals, and becomes ablaze in vivid orange with an art deco ring of almost black around the varnished black centers. Silvery webbing on the fat buds and leaves reflects the summer light for a glowing presence in dry, sunny gardens all season long.
